The role involves delivering high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching across face-to-face, blended and online modes.

You will supervise student research projects and postgraduate theses, contribute to curriculum development, and engage with the School's research culture, with opportunities to research

Qualifications

• Completed PhD in Management, Leadership, International Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated ability or potential to deliver high-quality tertiary teaching.
• Experience with curriculum development, course administration, and student support.
• A developing record of quality research outputs and scholarly publications.
• Interest in contemporary management and leadership research areas.
• Experience with blended and online teaching technologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to working collegially and contributing to the broader life of the School and University.

Responsibilities
