AUT in Auckland invites applications for a fixed-term, full-time Lecturer position in the School of Acute and Primary Health. The appointee will contribute to Level 6 Research Methods courses, deliver engaging face-to-face and online teaching, and participate in course design and assessment across North and South campuses.

We seek candidates with a postgraduate qualification, commitment to Te Tiriti and equity, and a record of scholarly activity.

Qualifications

• A Postgraduate qualification in a field relevant to their area of work.
• Evidence of proactively pursuing external research income is desirable. (Lecturers)
• An early career academic will ideally have some previous teaching assistant experience.
• Commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion and supportive of AUT's Te Aronui journey.

Responsabilités

• Teach high-quality teaching for Level 6 Research Methods courses, including qualitative and quantitative methodologies, assessment marking and moderation.
• Deliver teaching face-to-face and online across North and South campuses.
• Contribute to scholarship, research and service aligned with Tiriti-led education and health practice.
• Support programme and course development and timely assessment processes.
