VetPartners' Pet Doctors Hillcrest in Hamilton seeks a Lead Veterinarian to provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, and help maintain high standards of patient care. You will balance hands-on clinical work with leadership duties across a supportive network of clinics.

As Lead Vet, you'll provide clinical leadership, mentor colleagues, contribute to a positive team culture, and work closely with the Practice Manager to support clinic performance and patient care standards.

You’ll still enjoy plenty of hands‑on clinical work, including consults, surgery, and dentistry.
