Job summary

Plexure is seeking a Lead Product Manager to shape the marketer experience across domains from the Auckland CBD. You will lead a team of Product Owners and translate our vision into a clear one-to-two-year strategy while staying close to execution.

You will collaborate with engineering, architecture and client stakeholders to drive adoption, value, and alignment with business goals. This role offers WFH days and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a product team across multiple domains.
• Solid PM background with cross-domain ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management, including senior leadership.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with execution.
• Open, direct, and collaborative working style.
• Experience in marketing, martech, loyalty or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set direction across multiple product domains and translate into a 1–2 year vision for the team.
• Lead, coach and develop your team of Product Owners and uplift capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with product, engineering, architecture and adoption teams; engage with senior client stakeholders.
• Guide work from discovery through to release and shape priorities for the year ahead.
• Keep marketers at the centre of product decisions to lift adoption and value from the platform.
• Contribute to Plexure's broader product direction and champion improvements to practices.
