Habit Health is seeking a Lead Physiotherapist for our Mangere clinic to drive clinical excellence and mentor a growing team. You will maintain a clinical caseload while leading process improvements and development across the service.

This fixed-term maternity cover role offers a valuable experience within a supportive team, with opportunities to influence patient outcomes and clinic performance.

Qualifications

• Must have NZ Physio registration and current APC.
• 5 years’ experience desirable.
• Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication skills – you will meet new and varied people every day.

Responsibilities

• Work with Clinical/Service Leads to ensure high quality service.
• Consider client feedback to develop best practice and process improvements for the clinic/region.
• Deliver personalised rehabilitation solutions and services.
• Manage a diverse caseload and mentor the team.
