Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is seeking a Lead Physiotherapist for a South Auckland clinic. You will lead a clinical team, maintain your own caseload, mentor staff, and drive service improvements to deliver optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

The role requires registration as a Physiotherapist with the APC, at least 4 years of NZ clinical experience, and a full NZ driver's license, with strong communication skills essential for success.

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic Lead Physiotherapist to join a South Auckland clinic.

You will introduce process improvements and drive your team towards success and further clinical development whilst ensuring our clients get the best possible support.

This role offers a diverse client range where you will work on a variety of cases and rehabilitation programmes. You will work autonomously and maintain a clinical caseload in addition to mentoring your team.
