Our technology environment involves the integration of AI-enabled software, camera and edge-computing infrastructure, data processing systems, cloud-based services and client-side deployment environments. As PrevenX continues to develop and deploy its technology across construction environments, we are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to manage the end-to-end delivery of our technology projects.

The ICT Project Manager is responsible for planning, organising, directing, controlling and coordinating PrevenX's ICT projects from initiation through to implementation and completion. The position will manage projects involving AI-enabled safety systems, computer vision applications, edge-computing infrastructure, software platforms and related ICT integrations.

You will also coordinate internal technical personnel, external technology providers, construction-sector clients and other project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, technical requirements, budgets, milestones, quality standards and timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

ICT Project Planning and Management

• Manage the complete lifecycle of ICT projects, including project initiation, requirements definition, planning, execution, monitoring, implementation and closure.
• Analyse client and operational information requirements and work with technical personnel to determine appropriate ICT solutions and implementation approaches.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, implementation schedules and acceptance criteria.
• Prepare and maintain detailed ICT project plans covering project activities, dependencies, resources, budgets and delivery timeframes.
• Establish appropriate project governance, reporting and documentation processes.
