  • Take clear and detailed instructions from clients and provide practical legal advice
  • Draft, review, and comment on legal and third-party documentation
  • Proactively handle queries and identify practical solutions
  • Ensure all administrative and procedural requirements are met
  • Manage files efficiently, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines
  • Take ownership of your continued professional development
  • Uphold the firm’s values in all client and team interactions
  • Act as key point of contact for clients and manage matters end to end
About you – what you’ll need:
  • 3 to 5 years’ post-admission experience
  • Admitted in the UK, New Zealand, or Australia
  • Background in a top-tier or large commercial firm, ideally with exposure to high-value commercial or regulatory matters
  • Strong drafting skills and the ability to analyse complex legal issues
  • A proactive, organised approach with excellent communication skills
  • A desire to continue learning and growing professionally
