Job summary

Qualifications

  • Degree in aerospace, mechanical or mechatronic engineering or equivalent.
  • 3+ years developing and testing high performance mechanical systems, with focus on structures/mechanisms.
  • Experience with instrumentation selection, setup, post-processing, and interpretation of test data.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Produce and iterate conceptual designs in CAD and generate design docs and test fixtures.
  • Formulate test plans, execute hands-on testing, and analyze results for structures-focused work.
  • Collaborate with development and analysis teams for anomaly resolution and design improvements.
  • Take ownership of improvements, plan tasks, estimate effort, and ship on time.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are followed and report incidents promptly.
