Job summary

Rescaped Ltd is seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our crews on high-end residential projects across the Southern Lakes region. You will own each project on the ground—from handover and planning to running the site day to day and delivering a finished space our clients are proud of.

You will supervise timelines, quality, safety and budget while on the tools, mentoring junior team members and seizing growth opportunities as Rescaped expands.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with concrete, decking, timber construction and associated structures.
• Strong leadership ability to guide a crew and keep builds on track.

Responsibilities

• Take handover, plan work, and run the site day to day from start to finish.
• Lead hardscape & softscape delivery across pools, paving, stonework, decks, fencing and planting.
• Mentor and motivate the crew; lead by example on tools.
• Communicate with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
• Maintain safety and quality standards on site and within budget.
• Support training and career progression within the team.

About the Role

Do you take real pride in building outdoor spaces that people fall in love with? We're looking for an experienced landscaper or builder to lead our crews and take ownership of our high-end residential projects across the Southern Lakes region.

As our Landscape Foreman, you'll own each project on the ground — from taking the handover and planning the work, through to running the site day to day and handing over a finished space our clients are proud of. You'll be on the tools alongside your crew while keeping an eye on the bigger picture: timelines, quality, safety and budget.

What You'll Be Doing

• Project Ownership: Take the handover, plan the work, and run the site day to day from start to finish.
• Hardscape & Softscape Delivery: Lead the team across pool and spa surrounds, concrete, stonework, paving and retaining walls, decks, pergolas, louvres, fencing, gates, screens, drainage, lawns and planting.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example on the tools, keep the crew motivated, and get the best out of the people around you.
• Client & Subcontractor Liaison: Communicate clearly with clients and subcontractors to keep every project on track.
• Quality & Safety: Keep the site safe, organised, and working to the standard our clients expect.
• Training & Career Progression

What We're Looking For

• Technical Experience: Hands-on experience across concrete, paving and timber construction, including decking, pergolas and retaining structures.
• Leadership: A confident, reliable leader who can guide a crew and keep momentum on complex builds.
• Problem-Solving: Adaptable, and quick to troubleshoot issues on site.
• Craftsmanship: A genuine eye for detail and pride in producing top-tier work.
• Communication: Comfortable talking with clients, subcontractors and your team alike.
• Culture Fit: Someone the rest of the team would genuinely enjoy grabbing a coffee — or a cold drink — with after work. We take our culture seriously.
• A full, clean driver's licence
