Job summary

NZ Labour Hire Group is seeking reliable Labourers to join our team in New Plymouth, Taranaki. These casual positions offer the flexibility to work as and when required to support our clients' needs.

As a Labourer, you'll perform a variety of practical tasks on job sites across the region, have your own vehicle, and pass a Drug & Alcohol test and a Police check. This role supports a range of clients with flexible shifts and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous labouring experience or similar hands-on role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work on short notice and flexible shifts.
• Pass a Drug & Alcohol test and a Police check.

Responsibilities

NZ Labour Hire - New Plymouth, North Island

We're seeking reliable and hardworking Labourers to join our team at NZ Labour Hire Group in New Plymouth, Taranaki. These are casual positions, offering the flexibility to work as and when required to support our clients' needs. As a Labourer, you'll play a vital role in completing a variety of practical and manual tasks on job sites across the region. You will have your own vehicle to get to and from work and be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test and a Police check.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting with general labouring duties such as digging, loading, unloading, and site clean-up to name a few
• Maintaining a high level of productivity and quality of work
• Collaborating effectively with the wider team to ensure project deadlines are met

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Labourer or in a similar hands-on role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and willingness to work - sometimes at short notice
• Flexibility to be able to work dayshift, nightshift and some weekends
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
