Join ALS Oil & Lubricants – Wellington, New Zealand ALS Oil & Lubricants in Lower Hutt is seeking a motivated Laboratory Technician to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality results and thrives in a fast‑paced laboratory environment.
Working within the Oil & Lubricants laboratory, you will be responsible for the analytical testing of oil, fuel, and coolant samples used in the condition monitoring of heavy mining equipment and machinery. You will play a key role in ensuring testing is completed accurately, safely, and within agreed turnaround times. Comprehensive training will be provided on all relevant instrumentation, systems, and procedures.
To be successful you will receive full training, but be advantaged with: 1–2 years’ experience in a production-based industry Tertiary qualifications or accredited laboratory training (completed or currently studying).
