Kaikaranga in Auckland seeks a Kaitūhono to walk alongside tamariki aged under 12 who have been stood down or excluded, and their whānau. You will build trusted relationships across schools, health and disability services to find what each child needs and advocate for tamariki in spaces that haven’t always made room for them.
You will contribute to a learning-focused service designed to change things at scale, aligning with a diverse, equity-driven approach and a commitment to doing things

As a Kaitūhono at Kaikaranga, you will work alongside tamariki aged under 12 who have been stood down or excluded from school, and the whānau behind them. This is wraparound, relational mahi in a brand-new service, with the space, and the support to do it properly.
