Te Wānanga o Aotearoa is seeking a Kaiako for the Certificate in Study & Employment Skills in Tauranga. You will empower tauira to achieve their goals through engaging and supportive learning experiences, and help build confidence in study, employment and lifelong learning.

You will foster an inclusive learning environment that celebrates diverse backgrounds, while coaching learners and maintaining strong partnerships with whānau and communities.

Formación

• Level 5 qualification or higher required.
• Adult teaching credentials preferred or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience supporting or teaching adult learners in education, training or employment-focused settings.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
• Confidence using digital tools and online learning platforms.
