CoLegal Limited in Auckland is seeking a junior to intermediate lawyer with an interest in banking and financial services. You will work with senior lawyers on FS advisory, Fintech and regulatory matters, with opportunities to participate in client meetings early on and take responsibility for your own work as you grow.

You will be supported in developing the practice and expanding its reach for leading financial institutions, fund managers, wealth managers and corporate clients.

Formación

• 1-3 years PQE in banking, corporate, financial services or regulatory focus at a reputable firm or in-house counsel is preferred.
• Interest in financial services and regulatory projects is essential.
• Strong drafting and communication skills are required.
• Ability to develop long-term client relationships and work both independently and in a team.
