Job summary

Accessable in Auckland near the airport on the North Island is seeking an IT Developer to design, develop and improve software applications that support our business and customers. You’ll work with experienced developers, technical specialists, business stakeholders and project teams to deliver high-quality, reliable and maintainable software solutions, across the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years' professional experience in software development and application design.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong time management with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Design, develop, test, implement and maintain software applications.
• Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, product owners and other teams.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of software development projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across our development practices, tools and technology.
