Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Bethlehem is seeking passionate Full-Time (80 hours per fortnight) New Zealand Intern Pharmacists with current NZ APCs to join our vibrant team. You will share your expertise, collaborate on best practices, and contribute to high-quality pharmacy services for our community.

In this role you will assist with scripts and dispensing, manage dispensary administration, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Pre-registrant year must commence immediately.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Retail pharmacy experience is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with scripts in/out and dispensing
• General dispensary administration
• Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
• Assist with over-the-counter medicine recommendations and minor ailment consultations
• Processed prescriptions using pharmacy management software (Toniq)
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with professional standards
