Job summary

Chemist Warehouse Cambridge is seeking passionate Full-Time (fixed-term) New Zealand Intern Pharmacists with current NZ APCs to join our vibrant team. In this role you'll share expertise, collaborate on best practices, and drive professional growth in a community-focused retail pharmacy.

You will dispense scripts, handle OTC recommendations, maintain patient records, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NZ APC registration required
• Pre-registrant year eligibility is essential
• Retail pharmacy experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Assist with scripts in/out and dispensing
• General dispensary administration
• Ordering and unpacking stock
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment
• Assist with OTC recommendations and minor ailment consultations
• Process prescriptions using Toniq
• Maintain patient records and confidentiality

Chemist Warehouse Cambridge is seeking passionate Full-Time (fixed-term) New Zealand Intern Pharmacists with current NZ APCs to join our vibrant team as. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality pharmacy services, ensuring the highest industry standards are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with scripts in/ out and dispensing
• General dispensary admininstration
• Ordering and unpacking dispensary stock

Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment

Assist with over-the-counter medicine recommendations and minor ailment consultations

Processed prescriptions using pharmacy management software (Toniq)

Maintain patient records and ensured confidentiality in accordance with professional standards

Skills

• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
• Dedicated work ethic
• Eye for detail and accurcy
• Retail Pharmacy experience advantageous
• Willingness to learn and grow with the business

Certifications

Ability to undertake pre-registrant year immediately
