Job summary

The Creative Store – Auckland, North Island is seeking an intermediate graphic designer to own brand direction across packaging, campaigns, digital and print. This onsite role in Ponsonby focuses on cohesive, elevated visuals and end-to-end design execution.

You’ll lead design across packaging, campaigns, retail, digital and brand development, helping bring new product launches and brand campaigns to life.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design (in-house or agency).
• Print and digital design across packaging, campaigns and digital assets.
• Strong typography, colour theory and layout skills.
• Understand print processes and production-ready files.
• Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Lead all brand design, ensuring consistency across channels and formats.
• Produce print-ready artwork for packaging, POS, brochures, retail catalogues and merchandise.
• Design digital assets across website, email, paid social and organic social.
• Shape the creative direction for new product launches – from moodboards to rollout.
• Lead design for key marketing campaigns (seasonal, new product drops, partnerships)
• Manage packaging updates and new packaging development, working directly with printers and suppliers.
• Design engaging EDMs, crafting visuals and layouts that enhance storytelling and user experience.
• Develop creative concepts that resonate with our audience and support growth into new markets.

The Creative Store – Auckland, North Island

Our client is a locally founded success story in the wellness industry, creating award-winning products for global markets. They are looking for an amazing intermediate level graphic designer with an interest in this industry.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Ponsonby, Auckland for a skilled, detail-oriented designer to lead the visual direction and design execution across packaging, campaigns, digital and print.

The Role:

As the in-house designer, you will be the guardian of the brand, ensuring everything they create feels cohesive, elevated and distinctly “on brand.” This role blends hands-on design, creative direction and close collaboration across brand and product.

You will work across packaging, campaigns, retail, digital and brand development, helping bring new product launches and brand campaigns to life.

About You:

You are a versatile designer with strong brand intuition, attention to detail and confidence working across both digital and print. You enjoy taking ownership and seeing projects through end-to-end.

• Have 3–5 years’ experience in graphic design (in-house or agency)
• Are confident across both print and digital design
• Have a strong eye for typography, colour and layout
• Understand print processes, packaging, and preparing production ready files
• Have experience designing for web, social and email
• Enjoy working collaboratively but can confidently lead projects independently
• Have a genuine interest in health, wellness and lifestyle branding
• Nice to have: Experience with animation, photography direction or Figma
