Job summary

FindIT Recruitment – Auckland, North Island is seeking an Intermediate Experience Designer to translate business requirements into user‑centred digital solutions for an internal staff platform.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineers and Business Analysts, produce wireframes and high‑fidelity designs in Figma, help evolve design systems, and ensure accessibility and rigorous usability testing within an enterprise context. This is a long‑term contract with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise or staff-facing digital products.
• Strong Figma skills including prototyping, components and design systems.
• Ability to work within platform/configuration constraints while delivering intuitive experiences.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Your new role

As an Intermediate Experience Designer, you'll help shape intuitive digital experiences for internal users by turning business requirements into simple, user centred solutions. You'll work closely with cross functional teams to design, iterate and refine features within an enterprise platform, ensuring solutions align with user needs, technical constraints and the existing design system.
