Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) is seeking an Intermediate Developer to join our Payments domain. This hands-on role covers the full delivery lifecycle from requirements through to production support, collaborating with product owners, analysts and platform teams to deliver reliable payment solutions.
You will work with Java, RESTful services, Spring Boot, and modern CI/CD practices, contribute to tests and documentation, and help modernise legacy systems within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working across the full delivery lifecycle: understanding a problem, designing and implementing a solution, testing it thoroughly, releasing it safely, and supporting it in production.
