Qualifications

• At least 3 years shipping real code to users.
• Clear writing: async-first communication.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and talking to users.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test systems and perform chaos engineering on scalable workloads.
• Roll out an AI harness across engineering and improve workflows.
• Ensure disaster recovery and regional failover mechanisms.
