Qualifications

• Must hold Higher Certificate in Infant Care or Advanced Certificate in Early Years.
• Must be EY1 or EY2 certified.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Good interpersonal and organization skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Able to communicate well with internal & external customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement curriculum and programmes appropriate for the child’s development.
• Build collaborative stakeholder relationships with centre staff and families.
• Manage family and community programmes as part of community engagement.
• Conduct routine caregiving and seek improvements to deliver higher quality service.
