We're looking for a motivated and reliable Industrial Operator to join our team, working on a vast array of different projects across the south island.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work on a wide range of industrial sites, delivering specialist services including high-pressure water jetting, vacuum loading, industrial cleaning, and maintenance support. Working alongside experienced operators, you'll gain valuable skills while contributing to challenging projects in industries where quality and safety are essential.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating high-pressure water jetting and vacuum loading equipment
• Carrying out industrial cleaning and maintenance services
• Working safely across a variety of industrial and commercial sites
• Performing work in confined spaces and at heights (with appropriate training and safety procedures)
• Assisting with equipment setup, operation, and routine maintenance
• Following site procedures and maintaining high health and safety standards
• Travelling occasionally to support major projects in other regions

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in industrial services is preferred, particularly with high-pressure water jetting and vacuum loading
• A Class 2 and/or Class 4 licence is an advantage but not essential
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in demanding industrial environments
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
