Icebreaker is seeking a passionate storyteller to join our Queenstown TouchLab Store and help customers find products they love. This is a casual, sales-focused role in a high-energy team environment on the shop floor.

You’ll connect with diverse customers, share product stories, and contribute to a welcoming store culture while supporting goals and training opportunities as part of Icebreaker’s values.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to connect with a diverse range of people.
• Passion for active, nature-based living and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor and help them find products.
