Qualifications

• Experience in building services, facilities, or utilities management.
• Ability to interpret electricity pricing and tariff structures.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
• Experience delivering mult-site projects with governance reporting.
• Financial acumen for business cases and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage electricity, fuel and water services across multiple sites.
• Improve consumption, ICP data and billing accuracy.
• Develop governance, reporting and delivery practices for utilities.
• Identify tariff changes, fuse size optimisation and load management opportunities.
