Job summary

EY in Auckland is seeking a Cloud Security Consultant to help clients secure cloud environments and enable technology transformation.

You will assess risks, perform architecture reviews and deliver remediation recommendations across Azure, AWS and GCP, while collaborating with IAM, PAM, and GRC teams in a hybrid working model. Strong communication and security governance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years' experience enabling enterprise cloud security and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud security principles across Azure and AWS or GCP.
• Hands-on experience reviewing cloud security configurations and controls.
• Familiarity with cloud security tooling such as Defender for Cloud, Security Hub, Prisma Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Assess security risks across cloud, identity, network, applications and enterprise domains.
• Lead cloud security assessments and architecture reviews for Azure, AWS and GCP.
• Identify security gaps and provide practical remediation recommendations.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Collaborate with IAM, PAM, Vulnerability Management and GRC teams.
