Qualifications
- Tertiary degree in finance, commerce or business.
- NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5, Investment strand.
- CFP designation desirable.
- Experience in a financial services environment, ideally in a small team.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and regulation.
- Understanding of holistic financial planning and modelling.
- Client relationship management skills and credibility.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage client relationships built on trust and professionalism.
- Provide personalised financial planning and investment advice with regulatory alignment.
- Prepare and implement holistic financial plans.
- Conduct portfolio and plan reviews to keep advice aligned with client goals.
- Grow client base through referrals, networking and business development.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues and external professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
