Job summary

H&M in Hamilton, New Zealand is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to welcome customers, guide them through the store, and help them find what they need while sharing fashion knowledge and styling tips. You’ll work with the Store Team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey, keep the selling floor inviting, and assist with opening and closing duties.

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you’ll play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You’ll welcome customers, guide them through your store, and support them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. You’ll also connect with the wider Area Team, collaborating across stores to share insights and drive success together. STORE ROLES ASSESSMENT
