History sits within a wider Social Sciences team that includes Geography, Classical Studies, Psychology, Sociology and Tourism. These senior pathways build on the foundations of our strong Junior Social Science programme, with courses designed to develop critical thinking and deep subject knowledge.

The terms and conditions of this position, including base salary and hours of work, are governed by the Secondary Teachers’ Collective Agreement (STCA). The base salary for trained and registered teachers currently ranges from $61,329 to $103,086, depending on qualifications and teaching experience. Actual salary will be confirmed through formal salary assessment once an appointment is made.
