About the Role

  • Scheduling deliveries, pickups, maintenance, and repairs
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Working with internal systems and digital platforms to track jobs
  • Delivering and collecting small cabins on a trailer (approx. 2 days weekly)
  • Ensuring compliance, safety, and high operational standards
  • Leading by example and contributing to continual improvement
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous management experience or someone ready to step up into their first leadership role
  • Confidence towing trailers and driving a ute
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Organised, practical, and able to plan ahead
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
  • A proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in
What’s In It for You
  • Leadership opportunity within a well‑established and growing business
  • A mix of office‑based coordination and outdoor practical work
  • Supportive team environment
  • Stable, full‑time role with variety each week

If you’re ready for a role where you can combine management responsibilities with hands‑on work and make a real impact—we’d love to hear from you.
