Job summary

United Pacific Aero Limited, based at Ardmore Airport in Auckland, is seeking a motivated entrant to begin a path toward becoming a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME). You will learn under our Senior Engineering team, gaining hands-on experience with helicopter maintenance in a top NZ facility.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, punctuality and a can‑do attitude are essential.
• Good written language and numerical skills are needed for accurate documentation.

• Attention to detail is critical when inspecting and assembling helicopter components.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering team on helicopter projects and component inspections.
• Support documentation and record keeping for maintenance tasks.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required to support engineering operations.
• Contribute to quality control procedures and tooling usage.
• Work with precision measuring equipment and aircraft structures and systems.
