Join us as our Health Partner Contracts Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping provider partnerships that improve member affordability, reduce claims inflation and deliver sustainable value across our healthcare network.
This is far more than a contract management role. You'll be responsible for shaping how we partner with healthcare providers across New Zealand, influencing millions of dollars in healthcare spend while helping deliver more affordable, accessible and sustainable healthcare for our members.
Leading the development, negotiation and optimisation of provider agreements across hospitals and healthcare facilities, you'll translate network strategy into commercially effective partnerships that deliver value for members, providers and nib.
Working closely with senior leaders across Provider Management, Clinical Services and Claims, you'll identify opportunities to improve network performance, manage healthcare cost inflation and drive innovative funding and contracting approaches that support better health outcomes.
