Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Workplace & Facilities Lead to own our workplace and facilities across New Zealand. You will drive planning, management and continuous improvement to ensure safe, effective and people-focused work environments.

You’ll lead strategy across property, maintenance, fleet and services while partnering with Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Legal to deliver value and a best-in-class employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading facilities or workplace functions across multiple sites with budgets, planning and reporting.
• Strong commercial and supplier-management judgement; build trusted partnerships.
• Experience managing facilities-related health, safety, compliance and risk.
• Ability to build clear systems, processes, governance and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities strategy and operations across property, maintenance, fleet, site services and capital works.
• Build systems, processes and governance for a proactive, scalable facilities function.
• Own facilities planning, budgeting, forecasting and supplier performance with Finance, Procurement, Engineering and Legal.
• Ensure facilities health, safety, compliance and operational risks are well managed.
• Partner with People Team and leaders to translate user insights into practical improvements.
