ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for a dynamic Head of Admissions (Enrolments Manager) to lead enrolment growth at ACG Sunderland. This is a people‑focused and relationship‑driven role, responsible for achieving student enrolment targets while delivering an exceptional experience for families from enquiry to enrolment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive enrolments across Primary and College by meeting or exceeding targets
• Build strong relationships with parents, community partners, and feeder schools
• Lead and support marketing initiatives (Open Days, expos, parent evenings)
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular enrolment reporting
• Collaborate with school leadership, staff, and marketing to drive student retention and growth
• Foster marketing opportunities with community groups

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Strong communication with proven sales/marketing/account management experience
• A passion for education and a commitment to outstanding customer care
• Confidence in building networks and engaging with the local community
• An organised, proactive approach, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Professionalism, polish, and be a true "people person"
• A current New Zealand driver's licence
