Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef or established Sous Chef ready to step up (leadership).
• Experience in busy pub/bar/high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food costs and labour management.
• Natural leader who mentors a younger team.
• Passion for food, people, and creating a great kitchen environment.
