Job summary

HRV NZ in Auckland is seeking a Production Operator to join our Supply Chain team. This hands-on role involves producing, assembling and finishing goods, with duties spanning filter media prep, assembly, and stock control.

You will work with tools and machinery, support production and warehouse operations, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing practices at our Auckland site.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required for this role.
• Be practical, reliable and comfortable in hands-on production work.
• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or trades is helpful but not essential.
• Commitment to working safely and following procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and good time management.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and help others.

Responsibilities

• Assemble finished goods and subassembly components.
• Use manual tools, power tools and manufacturing machinery.
• Prepare filter media including pleating and cutting.
• Complete filter assembly to quality and output standards.
• Receipting production orders accurately.
• Monitor stock levels of raw materials and finished products.
• Escalate stock requirements when needed.
• Support HVAC team when required.
• Assist with sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installation and repair tasks.
• Complete general production and warehousing duties to support the team.
• Work safely and follow health, safety and wellbeing procedures.
