Job summary

ZIWI is seeking an experienced Group FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting and financial planning for the global business, combining P&L, balance sheet and cash flow insights to inform decisions. Reporting to the Global Head of Commercial Finance, you'll partner with senior leaders across Finance, HR, IT and Legal to drive performance, profitability and smarter investment.

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A experience in a commercial finance role.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical capability.
• Experience working across a multi-entity or international organisation.
• Understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly flash, monthly estimates, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Oversee Group-level consolidation and consistent planning assumptions.
• Own Group SG&A performance and cost efficiency.
• Develop sophisticated financial models and scenarios.
• Provide management reporting and commentary to executives.
• Track performance across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on business cases and investments.
• Assess financial viability of new products and expansion opportunities.
• Support Board and investor reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and analytics.
• Ensure a single, accurate view of Group performance.
