Job summary

WM New Zealand offers a two-year Supply Chain and Logistics Graduate programme beginning February 2027. You’ll work on real-world projects, gain hands-on experience across core operational and analytical functions from Kerikeri to Taupō, and help drive sustainable practices in a leading waste management company.

You’ll be mentored by leaders, develop practical skills in operational analysis, modelling and tools such as GIS, Excel and Power BI, and have the opportunity to secure a permanent role

Qualifications

Motivated, curious and solution-focused grads.
Final year of study or recent graduate (2025–2026).
Willing to start Feb 2027 and commit to a two-year programme.

Responsibilities

Participate in real-world projects that support WM New Zealand's sustainability goals.
Develop data-driven insights to improve route efficiency, cost control and customer outcomes.
Gain hands-on experience across core operational and analytical functions from Kerikeri to Taupō.
Present findings to operations and stakeholders to drive informed decisions.
Engage in cross-functional learning and mentorship opportunities.
Transition to a permanent role with WM New Zealand after the programme.
