BCD Group in Napier, Hawke's Bay, is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer with 2-3 years’ NZ experience to join our multi-disciplinary consultancy. You will work on exciting projects across New Zealand, gaining exposure to diverse design challenges and development opportunities.

You will benefit from 1:1 training with the Technical Director and a supportive team culture that values learning, collaboration, and delivering strong outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, specialising in Structural.
• 2-3+ years Structural Design experience in NZ.
• Problem solver with an eye for detail.

• Able to work autonomously and within a team environment.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Job description

We are looking for a talented Graduate Structural Engineer with 2-3 years under their belt to join our multi-disciplinary consultancy in Napier. You will work on exciting projects across New Zealand specifically throughout Hawkes Bay, Taranaki and Bay of Plenty, gaining exposure to diverse challenges and opportunities.

This role is will work closely with our Technical Director benefiting from 1:1 training and development while working on projects together.
