APM invites a Physiotherapy graduate to join Te Kōtuku Rerenga Tahi, a two-year New Graduate Programme designed to build confidence, clinical reasoning, and professional capability in a supportive, values-led setting. Start date is February 2027 with a full-time 40-hour week, based out of the Wellington office.

You will work across Vocational Rehabilitation and later Community Rehabilitation Services, with dedicated supervision, shadowing, and structured education to help you deliver meaningful

Qualificações

• Completion of a bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or near completion.
• Clear communication and ability to build trust with clients and families.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a values-led environment.

Responsabilidades

• Dedicated supervision and opportunities to shadow senior clinicians.
• Diversity of work across workplace, community and clinic settings.
• Weekly New Graduate education sessions and fortnightly learning.
• Clinical reasoning development through supervisor support and reflective sessions.
• Engagement in professional development via Learning Management System.
