Job summary

Habit Health invites graduates to join a structured Graduate Programme designed to build clinical skills, confidence, and professional autonomy. You will work alongside experienced clinicians, receiving mentoring, supervision, and hands-on learning across rehabilitation services in a supportive, multidisciplinary setting.

From day one, you’ll assess and support clients on their rehabilitation journeys, while applying evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree and eligible to register in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Support a range of rehabilitation services including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, vocational, functional rehab, ACC-funded, and pain management.

Your role in the programme

• Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Vocational rehabilitation
• Functional rehabilitation
• ACC-funded services
• Pain management services

You'll work closely with clients to assess, treat, and support them on their rehabilitation journey while learning from experienced clinicians and contributing to our collaborative multidisciplinary teams.

To be considered for this opportunity, you'll hold a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equiv.) and be registered with the Physiotherapy Board of New Zealand. You'll also hold a current Annual Practising Certificate and have full working rights in New Zealand. Most importantly, you'll bring a passion for helping people achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growing as a clinician.
