Job summary

Habit Health in Kerikeri or Whangārei is seeking graduates to join its Graduate Occupational Therapist programme, supported by mentoring, supervision, and hands-on learning while gaining exposure to a diverse range of clients.

From day one you'll work with experienced clinicians across vocational, functional and community rehabilitation to build confidence and clinical skills in a safe, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand.
• Annual Practising Certificate held.
• Full working rights in New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Support clients to improve health, independence and wellbeing.
• Gain experience across vocational, functional and community rehabilitation, pain management and ACC-funded services.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in learning sessions.

Depending on your service area, you'll gain experience across:

• Vocational rehabilitation

• Community-based rehabilitation
• Pain management services
• ACC-funded rehabilitation services
• Preferred Provider services
