PwC Wellington is seeking a Graduate for Advisory Managed Services in IT Operations. You will support day-to-day service delivery, incident coordination, and stakeholder updates while learning IT service management and cybersecurity in a client-facing environment.
The role emphasizes collaboration, professional development, and pathways into service delivery management and consulting. On completion of training, you may participate in an on-call roster as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level qualification in IT or related discipline.
- Strong communication and people skills are essential.
- Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Interest in IT service management or cybersecurity.
- Proactive, willing to learn and collaborate in a team.
