Job summary

Egis is inviting graduates in Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering to join a two-year Graduate Program in Wellington, New Zealand. You will work in a multidisciplinary environment, supported by a buddy system and mentored by senior engineers, gaining real-world experience on diverse projects.

Our program emphasises innovation, sustainability and problem solving, with opportunities to contribute to water, buildings, facades, urban development and road/rail sectors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural/Chemical/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering is required.
• Graduate attributes include excellent communication and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Working rights to live and work full-time in New Zealand are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, reports and drawings.
• Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Gather and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.
• Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing and executing projects.
