The Audit Office | Te Mana Arotake in New Zealand is inviting graduates to join our 2027 Graduate Programme across Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch offices. The programme is designed to help you qualify as a chartered accountant, with fees covered and paid study leave, plus year-group support and mentoring to guide your career from day one.

You’ll start on 15 February 2027 with induction and training from our specialists and experts, working alongside peers in your year

Qualifications

• Academic qualification that meets the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand provisional requirements for entrance to the Chartered Accountants College.
• We help you qualify as a chartered accountant, covering fees and providing paid study leave, year-group support and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist in auditing public sector entities across New Zealand, including councils, schools and government entities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to develop auditing skills and professional judgement.
