Tarbotton Land & Civil in Mid Canterbury, New Zealand, seeks an experienced grader operator to join our family team. You will operate modern graders on projects from farm developments to drainage and infrastructure, working with a crew of operators, truck drivers, foremen, and project managers to deliver solid results.

Qualificações

• Experience operating graders on civil earthmoving projects.
• WTR endorsements are essential.
• Class 2 (or higher) licence preferred.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

About the Job

You’ll operate one of our modern graders on projects that matter - from farm developments and subdivisions to drainage and infrastructure work. You’ll work alongside a great team of operators, truck drivers, site foremen, and project managers to help shape the land and deliver exceptional results.

Day-to-day tasks may include:

• Maintenance grading tanker tracks
• Grading unsealled roads
• Dairy laneways
• Final trim
• Working safely around services and infrastructure
• Contributing to a high-performing and supportive team

Skills You Will Need

• Confidence in final trim and working to plans
• WTR endorsements (essential)
• Class 2 or higher licence (preferred)
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
