Job summary

Fulton Hogan Gore is seeking an experienced Grader Driver to join our Gore-based team on the recently secured road maintenance contract. You will operate and maintain heavy plant, deliver planned maintenance, and support the wider contract crew to keep roads safe and reliable.

You will work hands-on, prioritise safety and quality, and take pride in doing work that matters to the community. The role offers a practical, team-focused environment with opportunities to grow your skills and contribute

Qualifications

• Experience operating a grader in road maintenance, civil, or infrastructure environments.
• Ability to operate heavy plant and hold the relevant licences/endorsements.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job right first time.

Responsibilities

• Operate a grader safely and efficiently across road maintenance activities.
• Deliver planned maintenance, response work, and general network upkeep to a high standard.
• Complete daily checks and basic care of plant and equipment.
• Work closely with the wider crew to meet programme, quality, and safety expectations.
• Follow site procedures, traffic management requirements, and Fulton Hogan safety standards at all times.
