Job summary

Dotmatics is seeking an Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer to join the OMIQ team, a modern SaaS platform for biomedical research. You will build scalable Go backend services, data pipelines, and contribute to frontend work with TypeScript/Angular as needed.

Qualifications

Back end service and API development in Go, with experience building scalable, production‑grade systems.
Google Cloud Platform fundamentals and cloud-based application development.
GitHub and CI/CD workflows including pull request management and automated pipelines.
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems concepts.
Ability to contribute across the full stack, with some familiarity with TypeScript and Angular.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs in Go.
Build and maintain data pipelines for large volumes of flow cytometry and biomedical research data.
Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leads to develop robust backend architectures.
Participate in code reviews and design discussions to maintain high code quality.
Support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and ensure reliable deployment workflows.
Contribute to frontend development in TypeScript and Angular as needed.
