Job summary

Kathmandu is seeking an International Markets Coordinator to strengthen our global operations from Christchurch. You will coordinate marketing, product and pricing information across international markets, while maintaining our SharePoint environment and key distributor relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong administration or coordination experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Great communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, sales and product information across international markets.
• Maintain and administer the international SharePoint environment, including permissions and access management.
• Collaborate with Product teams to ensure seasonal product ranges and pricing information are accurate.
• Maintain distributor information, pricing structures and contract data in business systems.
• Support planning and delivery of international sales meetings and events.
• Liaise with distributors worldwide to provide timely business information and support.
• Manage product, pricing and contract data within D365.
• Help ensure a single source of truth for international product and distributor information.
• Support international order execution, stock allocation and sales order processing.
• Partner with Supply Chain teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective product delivery.
• Generate sales invoices and support timely payment processes.
